West Jakarta Housing and Residential Sub-agency arranges water channel on Jalan Bangun Nusa, RT 07/02 and RT 01/03, Cengkareng Timur Urban Village, Cengkareng Sub-district.
to respond local residents' request
West Jakarta Housing and Residential Sub-agency Head, Agus Ruhyat, said the arrangement is applied on both sides of the channel along 160 meter.
"The arrangement is run to respond local residents' request in Musrenbang 2023," he said, Monday (10/7).

The arrangement has been running since early September 2024 and is targeted to complete in early December 2024.
"The arrangement aims to flow the water smoothly to Apuran River. It should make the area cleaner and healthier," he added.
M Idris (58), resident of RT 07/02, Cengkareng Timur Urban Village, appreciated the water channel arrangement.
"The existence water channel is too small. It is hoped the channel will prevent inundation during rainy season," he hoped.
